Shipping Policy

At LilyNyash, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

UK Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
• Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, public holidays or due to courier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as LilyNyash cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at LilyNyash. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.
• Products must not be damaged or tampered with.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfume oils or fragrances unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, and it meets our return terms, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 28 days from the date the returned item is received.
